There was a high level volatility in the market today. Because 2G Spectrum row R Com shares have been thrown out. In view of that all the stocks which were in the oscillation have been gone down and recovered very slightly. METALS and BANKS have performed little good.

Forecast : Temporary Correction is almost concluded. We may see some strong upward movement tomorrow.

Sensex Shut shop at 19931 up by 66 points and NIFTY 5999 up 10 points.

There was a consolidation processing taking place in our markets for few days and after that we have witnessed a major downtrend or weakness for last two days in our markets following bad performance by the Global Cues, Poor earning figures by the Frontline Stocts. On Monday we may expect to see some kind of bounce back initially and then the continuance of downtrend because it has breached all the points of sentiments today. Today was a remarkable day in our market as there was a gap down opening and traded very well in the red until 3.00pm and all of sudden, it has gained the momentum to go past the yesterday’s closing especially to rest in the green. All these things have happened when experts feel that there will be a huge downfall. From today onwards, there was a time change in the trading hours and pattern.

SENSEX closed at 20168 up by 43 points and NIFTY closed at 6075 up by 13 points from its previous close. CNX MIDCAP INDEX was down 0.19% and BSE SMALLCAP INDEX was down by 0.20%. The Market breadth was negative with the advances of 456 points against the declines of 831 points on the NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE.
