SUMMARY OF TODAY’S TRADING (
It is really a good day of trading for our market as it was able to close above 5400 mark. Moreover it was looking very nice as the Global Market is also doing well. So its next highest level can be seen within few weeks and expected to trade above that level. In short, bullish trend is intact for our market.
Though it is performing well, there is a big doubt in the Market Experts’ mind that this will definitely bounce back and once again this will come down to 5150 level as it was expected when it was trading around 5300.
Sensex up by 0.78% and Nifty was up by nearly 1.00%. CNX MIDCAP INDEX was up by 0.30%, BSE SMALLCAP INDEX was down by 0.29% over the week.
Sensex closed at 18130 up by 17 points and Nifty at 5449 up by 7 points from its previous close. CNX MIDCAP INDEX was up by 0.40% and BSE SMALL CAP INDEX was up by 0.49%. The market breadth was quite negative with advances of 440 against the declines of 835 on the NSE.
Today’s top Nifty gainers are IDEA CELLULAR LTD, BHARTI AIRTEL LTD and AXIS BANK and losers are Reliance Capital Ltd, Unitech Ltd and Sterlite Ltd.
